1 General Terms

bjbji is an online casino and sports betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). These terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.

A personal account is required to access the full features of the bjbji platform. You must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

• Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, address and contact information provided at registration must be accurate.
• If an account is created with false information, bjbji reserves the right to close the account and forfeit any deposited funds.
• bjbji may request identity documents or other verification materials for account verification, which must be submitted within the specified time.
• Accounts may not be transferred to a third party.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

bjbji is an adult entertainment platform. The following eligibility requirements must be met to use this platform:

• Users must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is only for those aged 21 and above.
• Users must be residents of Bangladesh or must be accessing from Bangladesh.
• bjbji may request age verification documents at the authority's discretion.

All financial transactions on the bjbji platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support various local payment methods for secure and fast transactions.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Use accurate payment details when depositing; bjbji is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Successful withdrawal time: 5-30 minutes.
• The account must be fully verified to make a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• bjbji reserves the right to hold withdrawals from unverified accounts.
• Any unusual or suspicious withdrawal request may be held for further verification.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

bjbji offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own conditions that must be met.

• Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A 25x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw this bonus.
• Bonus funds may only be used on designated games.
• Attempting to withdraw without meeting bonus conditions may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Multiple accounts or multiple members of the same household may not claim the same bonus.
• bjbji reserves the right to change or discontinue any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to anyone else.

7 Gaming Rules

The bjbji platform has general rules as well as specific rules for each game category.

• The outcome of each game is determined by a neutral and automated system. We use verified game provider software to ensure fair play.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, bjbji reserves the right to evaluate the related claim and make a decision.
• In sports betting, bets may be placed on the outcomes of scheduled matches; if a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• Once a bet is confirmed in a live game, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an unusual win occurs due to a software error, bjbji is not obliged to pay that amount.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjbji platform:

• Attempting any form of fraud, deception or unfair advantage.
• Conducting bonus arbitrage or coordinated betting to circumvent bonus conditions.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same household or the same device.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or using harmful software.
• Using money laundering or funds from illegal sources on this platform.
• Harassing other users, using inappropriate language or disrupting the platform environment.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods or another person's bank account.

Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

9 Limitation of Liability

bjbji makes every effort to operate a safe and reliable platform. However, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• bjbji is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection, power outages or disruption of third-party services.
• bjbji is not liable if account information is exposed due to the user's own negligence.
• Any financial loss resulting from betting or gaming is entirely the user's own responsibility.
• The service may be temporarily unavailable during technical maintenance.
• bjbji uses SSL encryption to keep data secure, but a complete guarantee against all cyber attacks is not possible.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

bjbji may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• If it is proven that an account was created with false information.
• In the event of suspected fraud or deception, the account may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.
• If the account has been inactive for a long period.
• If the user requests account closure themselves.

Upon account closure, if there are no violations, the remaining balance will be returned after verification.
